Privacy Policy

Wingspan Transitions, LLC (the “Company”) is committed to respecting the privacy rights of users of the Company’s website, (the “Website”). This Privacy Policy has been enacted to provide our users with confidence that their data and personally identifiable information (“PII”) will be handled appropriately, and with the privacy of our users and clients prioritized.

This Privacy Policy only applies to the Website and does not apply to any other websites of third parties—even those directly linked on the Website (collectively, “Third-Party Websites”)—which may have data collection, storage, and use practices and policies that differ widely from this Privacy Policy. Information Collected and Used by the Website


All personal information that is collected by the Website is limited to the fields of information that a user provides on the “Contact Us”, “Get in Touch”, and “Free Dental Practice Valuation” pages (“Collection Points”). You are under no obligation to provide the PII, however, your refusal to do so may prevent you from using certain of our services. The Company uses your PII to send you information about the Company and its services, and to contact you when necessary in connection with the Company’s services. The information collected from the Collection Points is sent to a Company email address, where it is reviewed by staff of the Company for evaluation purposes related to the Company’s core mission: to facilitate the efficient transition of dental practices for our clients. The specific forms of PII that are collected are:

  • Email
  • Phone Number
  • Project Name

Practice Information

The Company prioritizes discretion with respect to the identities of our clients and their businesses. As such, the Company limits its disclosure of Practice Information to general information that describes the marketable qualities of the individual dental practice. Descriptions of practices that have engaged our services may be found under the “Dental Practices for Sale” tab on the Website.

Disclosure of PII

Except as otherwise explicitly set forth in this Privacy Policy, the Company does not knowingly disclose any PII or other information except for purposes related to the transition of a user’s dental practice or when required to do so by law or in response to a valid subpoena or court order, and limits disclosure to the furthest extent possible without damaging the marketability of the user’s practice.

The Company reserves the right to transfer all information in its possession to a successor organization in the event of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or other sale of all or a portion of the Company’s assets. Other than to the extent ordered by a bankruptcy or other court, the use and disclosure of all transferred information will be subject to this Privacy Policy, or to a new privacy notice if you are given notice of that new privacy notice and are given an opportunity to affirmatively opt-out of it.

Consistent to Receive Email and Other Communications from Wingspan Transitions, LLC

By providing the information at any of the Collection Points or by providing information anywhere else on the Website, you consent to receive communications regarding the Company’s services from Company. You may also elect to receive periodic email or other communications regarding industry news, special offers, or other promotions, or other relevant information (collectively, “Additional Information”). You may opt-out from receiving the Additional Information at anytime by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in each email containing the Additional Information. The Company may also conduct contests, surveys, giveaways, and other promotions (collectively, “Promotional Activities”). Any information submitted by the user in connection with any Promotional Activities will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Security of PII

The Company is committed to security, confidentiality, and integrity of personal information and takes reasonable measures to protect against the unauthorized access, use, modification, destruction, or disclosure of any information provided by users.

Lost or Stolen Information

Users must promptly notify the Company if any information is lost, stolen, or used without permission. In such cases, the Company will take reasonable measures to prevent any further loss, theft, or unauthorized use of PII. Users may also request that all PII is deleted, and upon receipt of such request, the Company will delete all PII of said offer.

The Company neither owns nor controls Third-Party Websites. This Privacy Policy does not incorporate the privacy policies or terms of use of any Third-Party Websites. Furthermore, Third-Party Websites are under no obligation to comply with this Privacy Policy. The Company advises you to inform yourself of the privacy policy of each of the Third-Party Websites you access, and where applicable, take the necessary precautions to protect your privacy.

Children’s Privacy

The Company does not solicit or knowingly collect any PII from “Children” as defined under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. In the case that the Company obtain actual knowledge that any Children’s PII has been collected inadvertently by the Website, the Company will immediately delete all such information from its records. Regardless of whether data is appropriately obtained from users over the age of 13 or incidentally obtained from Children, no data collected by the Website is disclosed any third parties, unless otherwise set forth herein, and uses of collected information are limited to the express purposes identified herein.

While most changes are likely to be nominal, the Company reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to add to, update, change, or modify this Privacy Policy, simply by posting such update, change, or modification on this page and by updating the Effective Date hereof.
