Practice Information
The Company prioritizes discretion with respect to the identities of our clients and their businesses. As such, the Company limits its disclosure of Practice Information to general information that describes the marketable qualities of the individual dental practice. Except as otherwise explicitly set forth in this Privacy Policy, the Company does not knowingly disclose any PII or other information except for purposes related to the transition of a user’s dental practice or when required to do so by law or in response to a valid subpoena or court order, and limits disclosure to the furthest extent possible without damaging the marketability of the user’s practice.
