The first step is getting in touch with our team so we can understand your buying goals and walk you through current offices for sale that fit your criteria.

Once you have singled out a practice of interest, one of our brokers will share our Buyer Acknowledgement and Non-Disclosure Agreement for you to review. Then, we will share the historical financials and practice reports. If you wish to go over the financials with one of our dental consultants, you can set up a free consultation.

If your review of the practice documents is satisfactory and you would like to visit the practice, let the broker know and a site visit will be scheduled for you, and you can also meet with the seller to discuss the clinical side of the practice.

After closing, there are multiple factors to consider to ensure a smooth transition such as a proper plan for a good faith transfer and systems training for the dental team. Our team will make sure both parties are both on the same page and always available to answer any questions. Our team is also able to provide coaching services post transition.
